2006 Thrills In The Hills Motorcycle Rally



June 2-4 Clearfield, Pennsylvania

This event will feature more chrome and leather and after-market parts than the 2005 event. A major concert is planned for Saturday evening featuring John Kay and Steppenwolf. Other events will include "Globe of Death", a metal sphere inside which stunt riders ride.

Clearfield Hospital Hospice and the Clearfield Cycle Club are planning a motorcycle charity run to raise money for hospice. A trophy will be awarded to the biker who traveled the farthest to take part in the event.

Clearfield Area Renaissance plan to have music in downtown Clearfield as well as a motorcycle parade and there will be other community group events. The Clearfield area has a lot to offer such as elk watching, the Curwensville Lake and Recreation Area (and the river) which includes activities such as camping, fishing, hiking, etc.

Admission: $11 in advance or $15 at the gate. Upon arriving at the park, ticket holders will be given a wristband that grants them access for all three days as well as concerts and shows at the park.
